Paige Berg is a trauma-informed tattoo artist certified to perform restorative areola tattooing
What makes Paige’s services different?
Paige has over half a decade of fine art tattooing and was trained in studio art prior to her tattoo career. Paige has a thorough understanding of color theory and how to use hues, shades and highlights to give her clients the desired and most lifelike outcome.

FAQ
Who is this for?
People who have had mastectomies, undergone breast reconstruction surgeries, and other gender affirming surgeries that removed their natural areolas and would like to restore their lifelike appearance.
How do I book?
Simply text, call (715.412.2592), or email (mytattoopaige@gmail.com) Paige to let her know you are interested and she will get you moving forward with setting up a free consultation!
What is the procedure like?
Free in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your readiness for and schedule your appointment, a $100 deposit is required at this time.
Upon arrival at Paige's private tattoo studio, Ink Shrink Tattoo, for your appointment, together you will discuss placement, pigment colors and any specific design considerations. Just like the tattoo appointment, your skin will be prepped and the stencil is measured out and drawn on. With the client’s approval of placement and emotional preparedness, client will lay on the tattoo chair and Paige will complete one areola at a time. Two different needle size/groupings are used to create the desired details. Paige is comfortable allowing sessions to be filled with conversation, to be silent, or respecting a client’s desire for headphones.
Once you arrive at the studio, the process takes about an hour to an hour and a half and you’ll be on your way with your new presence!
What If I have scars?
One should wait at minimum 18 months before tattooing over scars.
Can I use numbing?
Short answer: case by case.
Long answer: numbing agents used for tattoo processes are not regulated and can have adverse impacts on the way the ink is applied as well as how it heals. Paige can use a lidocaine spray after the first pass of the tattoo which can help ease some sensitivities if necessary. Lidocaine in this form required the skin to be open in order to take effect.
Many people find that they don’t really have feeling in their breast tissue so it makes the tattoo feel
What if my breasts are uneven?
Most breasts are, even pre-surgery! We can discuss placement preferences at the consultation or appointment. Many considerations can come into play when choosing placement
I am interested in tattooing this area with artistic designs rather than areolas, how do I book that?
This is just as powerful and I would be more than honored to create that vision for you! That will require going through the normal booking process for Ink Shrink Tattoo when my books open for custom projects.
What is the cost?
Bilateral (2) : $800
Unilateral (1) : $600
Does insurance cover this?
I can provide you with documentation that you can take to your insurance companies. It is your responsibility to know what is covered. Many insurances will require their clients to meet their deductible prior to covering this procedure.
Can I donate to a fund to help other receive this service?
Yes! You kind and generous person, you. Paige partners with Third Space Green Bay as the fiscal sponsor to support the “Breast Friends Fund.” This way, any donations made by the public can be appropriately documented as charitable.
